Poker and beautiful women are not a natural combination. The majority of poker tournaments are filled by young geeky kids and grizzled gnarly veterans – neither of which are a sight for sore eyes.


Thankfully, more and more women are playing poker now – and the good news is that many of the best female players are also stunningly hot.

1. Vicky Coren


English rose Victoria Coren has been around the UK poker scene since 2000 when she competed on the second series of legendary UK poker show Late Night Poker.

For years the well-spoken Coren was better known for her looks than her poker skills but in 2006 she proved that she could play a good game too, winning the 2006 EPT London for £500,000. Coren now divides her time appearing on TV shows such as Question Time, writing a weekly poker column for the Guardian newspaper and travelling the poker circuit.


2. Shana Hiatt


Shana Hiatt rose to fame in the poker world as the presenter of the first three seasons of the World Poker Tour, the show that helped create the poker boom in America. It’s fair to say that Hiatt was chosen more for her looks than her poker knowledge but she has since become a keen online poker player.

Hiatt is a former Miss Hawaiian Tropic USA and also appeared nude in a 1995 issue of Playboy. Although Shana hasn’t regularly appeared on poker TV for a few years her legacy lives on with thousands of fanboys on poker forums demanding her return. 3. Kimberly Lansing

Former WPT hostess Kimberley Lansing makes our list in 8th place. Kimberley joined the WPT in 2007 and soon became a firm favourite with fans who loved her behind-the-scenes interviews with the big pros – and her perfect smile too.

She has since left the WPT and now presents a whole host of showbiz programmes on US TV. Despite having questionable poker talent Lansing’s impact on the poker world lives on as WPT fans debate the question on everyone’s lips: who is hotter - Kimberly Lansing or Shana Hiatt? 4. Vanessa Rousso

Vanessa Rousso combines movie star looks with deadly skills at the table. With over $2.3m in tournament winnings, she is one of the best female poker players in the world.

Rousso has also begun to hit the mainstream, being sponsored by GoDaddy.com, having her own personalised app on the iPhone and – best of all - appearing in a bikini in Sports Illustrated’s famous Swimsuit Issue.








5. Joanna Krupa

Polish supermodel Joanna Krupa has been called the sexiest woman in the world by numerous magazines and definitely deserves her place among poker’s top babes.

She’s appeared nude in Playboy, caused a storm with controversial nude (again) ads for PETA and was a contestant on the latest series of Dancing With The Stars USA.

A keen online poker player, Krupa has played in the WSOP Main Event before and is now the hostess of the new PokerStars North American Poker Tour.
